Do I have to be a golf member to book?
Not at all. Brushy Mountain Event Center is open to everyone — no membership required. Anyone can rent our spaces for any event.
How many guests can you hold?
The entire facility holds up to 325 guests. The banquet room seats 180 comfortably with room for a buffet, DJ, and dance floor. The restaurant and bar holds 75, and the deck holds 75.
What spaces are available to rent?
A 6,000 sq ft banquet room, an on-site restaurant and bar, an outdoor deck overlooking the golf course, and 10 lodge rooms. Rent a single space or the whole facility.
Is there lodging on site?
Yes — 10 lodge rooms on site, each with two queen beds. They are not included in the venue rental, but can be added on to any event so your guests can stay the night.
What's included with the rental?
Your rental includes tables, chairs and linens, and we set the tables with plates, glasses and napkins. General decorating is the responsibility of whoever books the venue, so you're free to style the space to match your theme. Food, beverages and bar service from our on-site restaurant are quoted separately, and lodge rooms can be added on.
What is your alcohol policy?
We have a full on-site restaurant and bar. If alcohol is served at your event, no self-service is allowed — all alcohol must be served by our staff — and alcohol will never be served to minors. Catering and bar service are quoted separately from the venue rental.
Can we decorate the venue?
Yes — you're welcome to decorate to suit your event theme. Please consult with our team for approval of any major decorations or alterations. All decorations must be non-destructive and removed at the end of the event.
What are the venue rules?
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Designated smoking areas are at the front of the building and on the deck.
- Alcohol must be served by our staff — no self-service — and is never served to minors.
- Decorations must be non-destructive, approved in advance if major, and removed at the end of the event.
- Maximum occupancy must be strictly adhered to for safety, indoors and outdoors.
- Children under 18 are the complete responsibility of their party. Please know where your children are at all times and make sure they understand the rules.
- The renter is responsible for any damage to the facility or grounds arising from the event.
How much does it cost to rent the venue?
It depends on your event. Wedding rental is $1,500 for the restaurant & bar or the private deck, $3,500 for the banquet room, and $7,500 for the full facility. Birthday parties, showers, corporate events and other gatherings are priced lower and quoted individually, since they vary in length and setup.
